Negotiation is a daily activity. We negotiate with clients, with suppliers, with partners, with our colleagues, with subordinates and supervisors. All these have effects on company’s activity and image and ultimately on company’s profit and loss. Improving negotiating processes will increase profits and eliminate some of elements that cause losses.

There are various reasons for avoiding or getting out of a deal. The issue is how to justify such action to all the others involved who might not understand your actions.
